Acceptance of terms
By accessing hospitalita.org or interacting with the services offered by Hospitalita Healthcare Foundation ("Hospitalita", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About Hospitalita
Hospitalita is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the State of Florida, EIN 81-1899064. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and, except where required by law, non-refundable. We allocate funds to the programs described on this site at the discretion of our Board, applying our published cost-efficiency standards. If you make a designated gift, we will honor your designation whenever practicable; if a designated program is fully funded or no longer active, we may redirect the gift to the most closely related program.
Receipts and refunds
We issue an electronic acknowledgment for each donation. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 15 days at info@hospitalita.org and we will work with you in good faith.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend access for conduct that endangers the site or our community.
Accounts
Certain areas of the site (for example, partner or staff portals) require an account created by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, images, logos, and the Hospitalita name — is owned by Hospitalita or used with permission and is protected by applicable laws. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution; broader reuse requires written permission.
Third-party services
The site links to and integrates third-party services for payments, email, mapping, and analytics. Their terms and privacy policies govern your interaction with them; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability
