How we measure.

· Donor and gift data are aggregated; no donor PII is ever displayed publicly.
· Patient counts are aggregated; no patient PII is ever displayed publicly.
· "Patients per $1,000 raised" is our public Impact Multiplier — total patients ÷ (total raised / 1000).
· Admin cost ratio targets ≤25% and is reconciled against our IRS Form 990 annually.
· WHO protocol compliance is calculated from patient records linked to each partner.
